The staff at Hotel Splendid are its greatest asset. I would stay there again for them alone. They continually went out of their way to help us and the fact a number of them spoke English made it so much easier for us. The location was great with transport, shops, restaurants and the Eiffel Tower so close. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms a great size. We would stay again.

The hotel is situated near three metro stations, the closest of which is Avenue Emile Zola station - Line 10 (right across the tip), and two others up and down Commerce road (Commerce station - Line 8, and La Motte Piquet Grenelle - Line 8/6). So its location makes the rest of Paris highly accessible. The staff are very friendly, and would do their best to help you find solutions to your needs (cleaning, extra towels, transport, to name a few). Rooms are cleaned daily. The beds and towels smell fresh when you return after your sightseeing. On warm days, there is a built-in air-conditioning unit inside the room. If you get a room on one of the upper floors, the hotel provides a nice view of the Eiffel tower. (Note that a lot of Parisian hotel rooms are small. But as you don't really stay too long in the room, hotels such as this are perfect for travelers.) Will definitely stay here again :)

Definitely recommend! 1/ Hotel personnel is great. Almost everyone are so nice, charming, you truly enjoy hospitality here. Feeling like you arrived to friends. Great! Thank you so much for this.🙏🏻 2/ Location is very good. 20 min max to Eiffel Tower by foot. Though not so expensive as other more close locations. Btw you can order room with view on the Eiffel Tower here (wi didn’t manage, was already booked). Again, many thanks to hotel team. I loved this property as it was close to shops the Eiffel Tower and it was conveniently located to the metro stations aswelll. it was a beautiful well presented room with the view of the Eiffel Tower from the room which has a balcony. ! if you catch the sunset it is beautiful which is just perfect and also makes great pictures. the staff were super professional, polite and friendly all spoke perfect English and had a lovely attitude and gave great service!! I will be coming back to stay here :)

As noted on most reviews in Paris, the hotel room was small but perfectly suited as we weren’t here to spend time in our room! Both myself and my friend said we think it’s the comfiest bed we’ve ever slept in! About 20 mins from the Eiffel Tower which was perfect as you walk away from the hustle of the centre and find lovely little backstreet bars and restaurants! Claudia on reception was a delight and really made our stay!

Middle of summer and the beds seemed to have winter duvets on. To me personally they felt extremely heavy and too much given the time of year but would be perfect for the winter months. Even with the air con on I was over heating whilst I was trying to sleep and woke up multiple times due to the temperature. Overall though the hotel was in a great location, staff were super helpful and friendly, room was clean and tidy and really appreciated the two bottles of water left in the room. Nice little touch. Thanks.

Amazing location. 3 minutes of walking from 4 metro lines!!! And 15 to the Eiffel tower. The room was clean, warm and the bed was very comfortable. If you're looking for something more luxurious (for spending more time at hotel) - think again. But if you want a tidy place in a great paris area - Hotel Splendid is a good choice.

The staff at Hotel Splendid was absolutely phenomenal! Claudia made us feel so welcome and gave us great suggestions on where to take our 2 year old. He loved "Ms Coco" and we will definitely go back to see her and stay at Hotel Splendid. The room was so beautiful and the Eiffel Tower view from our window was exactly as pictured online! Everything exceeded our expectations, especially for the reasonable price. We will 100% be back!

The property was close to the Eiffel Tower (12min walk) and we had couple of metro stations near by as well, so the access of the city was very easy. We had enough restaurants, shops, supermarket and bakeries near by. The room was super clean and the bed was so comfortable. We had a tiny room but it was absolutely enough for 3 days in Paris. The staff was very kind and they made our stay lovely!
